These are the approximate room sizes in a typical three bedroom townhouse:
Living room - 16' 4" by 13' 6"
Dining area off kitchen -10' by 9 '
Kitchen floor area - 4' wide by 8' long
Master Bedroom - 14' 9" by 10'
Bedroom one- 9'8" by 9'
Bedroom two - 8'10" by 8'
There is a half bath downstairs off the living room. Upstairs there is a full bath in the hallway next to the laundry nook, and a full bath in the master bedroom.
